Firefox Released Its VR Web Browser to Oculus Quest Devices

Mozilla recently released its Firefox Reality VR web browser to the Oculus Quest. Many of the features on the VR web browser are the same as other versions of the Reality browser. The software will be rolled out to users of the headsets for free and can be used in 10 different languages. The browser will be privacy-focused, due to the fact that Enhanced Tracking Protection will be automatically turned on.

Mozilla's Reality browser was previously compatible with a number of different VR headsets, including the HTC Vive Focus Plus, the Lenovo Mirage as well as other VR models. However, the new compatibility with the Oculus Quest will allow the browser to extend its reach to more users.

Oculus Quest VR headsets do come with a default browser, but now users will have the ability to choose from different browser options on the device.
