Contrasting Crimson Editorials

Natasha Poly and Anna Ewers Star in Vogue Paris' June 2014 Issue

Natasha Poly and Anna Ewers look as though they're suffering from a bout of scarlet fever in the 'L’Extase' editorial for Vogue Paris' June 2014 issue.

Photographer duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin photographed the ladies in the throes of vacation ecstasy. The clear blue of the surrounding waters was contrasted with the crisp white and deep reds of their outfits, which were styled by fashion editor Emmanuelle Alt. Whether it's in the form of a crimson bikini, a scarlet sash or a pair of ruby red f**k me pumps, the contrast ensures that each image is visually arresting.

The creative team was rounded out by hair stylist Christiaan and makeup artist Lisa Butler, who weren't afraid to get in on the crimson trend.
