Immersive Intoxication Games

This Virtual Reality Simulation is a Campaign Against Drunk Driving

This virtual reality simulation lets players feel what it would be like to drive after consuming a variety of intoxicants.

In order to show people exactly how dangerous it is to drive under the influence, developers 'The Virtual Dutchmen' and 'JUNCTION' teamed up to create this virtual reality simulation. The VR experience lets players put on a headset and drive a virtual car in four different modes that mimic the effects of either alcohol, ecstasy, cannabis or hallucinogenic mushrooms. The virtual reality simulation, called '3D Tripping,' lets you select your drug of choice and then get behind the wheel -- to demonstrate what a bad idea it would be in real life. '3D Tripping' will be making the circuit of festivals and school presentations across the Netherlands to spread its powerful message.
