Do Ho Suh, a South Korean sculptor and installation artist, recently created an exhibit for the Victoria Miro Gallery in London, England.
Titled 'Passage/s,' the exhibit's purpose is to explore the many different ways in which one relates to the space that they occupy. This experience is created by a series of colorful transparent spaces made out of fabric, that are all interconnected and totally different from the next. As one walks through, they'll find themselves suddenly shifting from expansive spaces with high ceilings, to some that surely have the power to ignite claustrophobic feelings.
In addition to these spaces, the Victoria Miro Gallery will feature some of Do Ho Suh's two-dimensional drawings, which are reportedly made out of gelatin tissue that was later "immersed in water to allow the gelatin to dissolve away."
