Blocky Biblical Matyrs

Vicente Garcia Morrillo Uses Shapes to Express Himself

Vicente Garcia Morillo is an artist that certainly knows how to get creative with shapes. Many of his works of art heavily use the technique of noticeably straight lines to make up the entire picture.

Lacking soft curves and rampant with harsh lines, the squarish artwork makes for jarring images. Titled ‘VIP.02.Abel,’ the shoot was inspired by the murdered son of the bible’s Abraham where Abel is characterized as a strong individual even though he meets his demise through his strength.
