Vegan Menu-Focused Webseries

'Veggie Hunter' Explores Plant-Based Food Menus in America

'Veggie Hunter' is the name of an all-new food-focused web series on YouTube produced by Koi Media that explores plant-based businesses and vegan menus that are thriving across the United States. The new series stars cancer survivor Cynthia Malaran, also known as DJ CherishTheLuv, who turned to plant-based food as a means of healing and recovery following a double mastectomy last year.

The first few episodes feature an exploration of vegan menus across NYC eateries, such as the Cinnamon Snail, Blossom and John's of 12th Street, which boasts a new vegan menu.

Koi Media's Kamilah Lewis notes that "10 years ago it wasn’t easy to have a vegan diet and going out to eat was next to impossible. Now there are vegan/vegetarian restaurants popping up everywhere! And not just on the east and west coasts but middle America too!"

The rise of plant-based eating has created a high demand for all-vegan grocery stores, cruelty-free clothing boutiques, as well as a greater number of vegetarian options on QSR menus.
