Vegetarian Barbecue Sauces

'Porkatarian' Offers Vegetarian Sauce for Grilling Vegetables

While there are plenty of marinades and spice mixes on the market designed specifically for beef, chicken, pork and fish, Porkatarian decided to come up with a vegetarian sauce option.

Often, barbecue sauces are suitable for use by vegetarians, but the flavors aren't suited to seasoning vegetables. As such, the creative minds behind the Porkatarian sauce line wondered: "BBQ is usually associated with meat. Is there any solution for for those, who do not eat pork?"

To fill this void in the market, Porkatarian came up with three different sauce flavors, each represented by a pig mascot in costume. These vegetarian sauces include The Cuban-American Blend, the Asian-inspired Manchurian Theory and the spicy Caliente One.
