The Protein Pre-Blend Bakery Egg Replacer came from precision fermentation company Perfect Day, and this first-of-its-kind baking mix offers a refreshed version of the classic vanilla cake and cupcake mixes that consumers already know and love. Renewal Mill's product development team is led by five-time James Beard Award-Winner Alice Medrich, who said, "Perfect Day Egg Replacer is a game changer.
