Vanessa Bullick of Vanessa Bullick Ceramics has been making some amazing sawdust-fired, textured and patterned ceramic pots that look almost too good to be hand made.
The shop is run out in the countryside of Cupar, Fife in Scotland in Vanessa's home studio. Vanessa was recently published on Etsy as a featured shop and it's no wonder why. Her method for creating these lovely one-of-kind luxury pots cannot be achieved by any other production method, which is what makes them so unique.
Vanessa fires each one of the ceramics pots anywhere from 2 hours to 36 hours -- depending on the wood and the weather -- and then she hand paints and styles each pot into these almost space-like designs.
