Photographer Damon Loble shot his muse Alina in a vacant house for this exclusive C-Heads editorial.
Loble explains, "In some states it’s common that people will move into dwellings which currently have no occupants and essentially establish a free though temporary residency [there]." Indeed, it often takes months before the owner of the home will take legal action to evict those illegal tenants. Loble and Alina took advantage of one of these currently uninhabited homes for the purpose of shooting their editorial.
Loble admits that it was "strange," wandering through someone else's abandoned home, lending the editorial a clandestine air. The illicit act of trespassing imbues each photo with a secret thrill that our teenage selves can certainly relate to.
