South American Supercar Concepts

The V12 Bucci is Argentina's First Supercar

Images recently surfaced of the V12 Bucci, Argentina's first supercar. The project was initiated by the late F1 driver Clemar Bucci, an Argentinian who passed in 2011. His family has taken over the project, and a conceptual model is set to debut at the 2013 Buenos Aires Motor Show.

The V12 Bucci uses an AMG-sourced V12 and a Pagani six-speed transmission. It can produce a total of 600 horsepower. Other than that, not a lot is known about the mysterious South American supercar. Its topless and low-slung design suggest that it would be more at home on the track than in the streets. Its gauges are also unique in that they don't appear to electronic. They have a steampunk-esque look that is decidedly old school. Here's hoping this retro supercar makes it to market.
