Sandberg's quadrupled look at Smith made it appear as if there were several versions of the brunette. She was nonetheless wearing the same ensembles in each shot, delivered to readers of the magazine via stylist Joanna Schlenzka's ensemble pairings.
Schlenzka brought together square patterned dresses, linear print gowns and kaleidoscope shapes for this production. The light colors displayed, seen in cream yellows and light reds, were deliberately incorporated. This came of the Spring/Summer 2013 season that Upon Reflection was produced for.
