This upcycled lamp features a quirky, yet contemporary design that creates an amorous ambience.
The 'Edge Lamp' was created as a upcycling project by Ryan Jongwoo Choi. The piece is both sustainable and minimalistic -- using only a glass bottle and a piece of wood to create an elegant piece.
This playful bottle is a design using an unorthodox cut to the wine bottle -- giving it a leaning appearance -- the bottle is then taped to a wooden base for support. The upcycled lamp also uses a red cord to hide the seam at the base of the bottle. This subtle lighting from inside the bottle provides the optimum lighting to create a romantic atmosphere in a cozy, contemporary setting.
