British fashion label Universal Works introduces its latest collection designed for the Spring/Summer 2022 season that continues to build on its Hotel de Luxe concept. It essentially tells the tale of a fictional hotel, focusing on fashion items including summery silhouettes that are inspired by a blend of places.
This adds a diverse cultural inspiration with influences of skate park culture, the music of The Specials, and Lake Como luxe. Talking about the capsule, founder David Keyte states that "Hotel De Luxe is full of beautiful blue skies, handwoven blue denims, blue linens, 1950s-inspired blue prints, embroidery, Amalfi coast blooms and paint strokes. It’s a hideaway for that late summer beach party – a good place to break out the perfect vacation polo and beach shorts. Everyone’s welcome.
