Top designer Alexander Wang chose to collaborate with Australian surfing company Haydenshapes to release these stylish marble surfboard designs. These surfboards aren't meant for riding due to the weight and material. Instead they're going to be part of the Cage installation at Wang's flagship store.
These high-end structured surfboards creatively play with the look of black and white marble. Each of the five boards was custom-designed by Wang to stand as a piece of visual art in his Cage installation. Haydenshapes' founder Hayden Cox turned brought Wang's designs to life by crafting each board entirely by hand. The boards range in monochromatic intensity as some have more black marble in the design while others are more white. The swirled and speckled look of the marble creates a breathtaking pattern along the boards.
