Guaranteed to last for at least 200 years, the shelters rest 20 feet underground with a staircase hatch entrance angled at 30 degrees to help deflect gamma radiation. The shelters also include a hidden escape hatch in the event of an emergency if you need to make a hasty exit.

This particular fallout shelter, the 'Hillside Retreat' model, includes all the amenities needed for a comfortable underground stay. Included is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, kid's bedroom with two bunk beds, full bathroom, kitchen and even a living quarters with a 46-inch television and reclining leather couch.
