Japanese headphone brand Final Audio has launched a new pair of EVA2020 Wireless Earbuds in a new ‘Type-REI’ edition. The newest iteration of the earbuds is based on the character Ayanami Rei from the iconic anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion, adopting the icy blue color of the protagonist’s hair and the prototype Unit-00 chassis for accents on the earbuds and charging case.
The earbuds boast clear audio quality and impressive bass, arriving with a total battery life of nine hours in between charges and 63 hours when using the case. The earbuds also offer a special edition voice guidance service that can be toggled between English and Japanese. The headphones also come with five sets of ear tips and a USB Type-C charging cable.
The Evangelion x Final Audio EVA2020 in ‘Type-REI’ is now available for approximately $200 USD.
