TV Tuner In An SD card

I think this is the smallest TV tuner I have ever seen, and maybe is the best solution and the biggest step forward to make watching TV on your mobile phone something real. For now this SD card will bring TV for computers (Windows Vista and XP), thanks to Telebit. The manufacturer (Elsa) is working on a version that works with Windows Mobile for this summer. Same as with Internet for mobile devices, the key is not in 3G but in free universal systems. For the Internet the answer has been WiFi on every smartphone, and for TV it will be these little TV tuners.
