The Eye-Mounted Webcam

Implanting an eye-mounted camera inside your head might be, for some of you, a crazy thought.

Tany Vlach, who lost her eye in a car accident, disagrees. She wants to embed a small webcam into the ocular cavity which will capture and save all incidents Tanya encounters. Even though her artificial eye is an excellent aesthetic replacement, the reason behind this project is to "enhance the abilities of [her] prosthesis for an augmented reality," she says.
