Toronto's Akira Back Serves Its 'Ahi Tuna Pizza' on a Thin Tortilla Crust

Akira Back is the first Canadian restaurant from the Michelin-starred celebrity chef Akira Back and a new destination for those in Toronto to experience a unique fusion of culinary cultures.

Although there are several of the chef's signature dishes served at the restaurant, diners will also be able to enjoy a few location-specific options. One of the most intriguing dishes to be offered at Akira Back’s namesake restaurant is the Ahi Tuna Pizza, made with ultra-thin slices of fish, truffle oil, an umami aioli and Maldon sea salt, all atop a tortilla crust.
