Founded by activist and social entrepreneur M.C. McGrath, Transparency Toolkit is an open-source program that allows for investigation through a collaborative process. Amidst the recent circulation of news of whistleblower Edward Snowden, formerly employed by the CIA, as well as documentary films such as Jeremy Scahill's Dirty Wars, the act of disclosure has become of fascination itself.
