Toronto Restaurant Margo Opens to the Public on April 25, 2023

INK Entertainment Group announces the opening of Toronto Restaurant Margo, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and lounge within private members’ club Clio. Open to the public from April 25th, 2023, Margo offers a luxurious space for culinary adventures and intriguing encounters in the heart of King West.

Executive Chef Marc Cheng and Chef de Cuisine Jo Castrinos have crafted Margo's menu to showcase the diverse cultures, ingredients, and flavors of the Mediterranean Coast. CEO and Founder of INK Entertainment Group, Charles Khabouth, aims to recreate his mother's Mediterranean-inspired culinary experiences for Margo's guests.

Margo's menu highlights Mediterranean ingredients from both land and sea, featuring seafood dishes like Whole Lobster Linguine and Grilled Octopus, as well as traditional and modernized plates such as Ontario Rack of Lamb and Mushroom Kosheri. The restaurant's wine list and signature cocktail menu complete the immersive dining experience.

Margo is the first of several new concepts INK will launch in Toronto this year, including Mr. Vander, a late-night lounge, an American concept Restaurant and Bar, and a Supper Club in Midtown.
