Tools For The Dying

Thwart Design, a the Brooklyn-based design collective have announced the launch of Tools for Dying. A website that parodies modern furniture company Design Within Reach, and its forthcoming Tools for Living stores.

Tools For The Dying is a project that parodies five of the world's most iconic designs and make them into tools for the dying - with a comical twist. For example the Eames Plywood Lounge Coffin or Nelson's Funereal Flowers.
