In the first episode as host of the Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon called out those who doubted he would make it and urged them to make good on their $100 Tonight Show bet. As it turns out, many celebs never thought he would make it.

The best part of the skit though was when Stephen Colbert came by to pay his Tonight Show bet in pennies, dumping a pale full of them on the new hosts head.
