tokyobike Special Edition Bikes Released to Celebrate Store Opening

The tokyobike Special Edition Artist Bikes were created to celebrate the opening of the UK Store. The bicycle company tokyobike was created in 2002 based in the old Tokyo suburb of Yanaka. The name of the company is based on the fact that the tokyobike was designed for Tokyo, similar to how mountain bikes are designed for mountains. However, the grand opening of the London store marks tokyobike's move into the European market.

The bicycles use a slim compact frame so they are easy to ride as the user discovers a city. Each bike provides a different perspective reflective of the artist who designed it. This series features the work of artists A.Four / Lucas Price, Mike Gupp, Alex Daw, Soju Tanaka, Simon Memel and Tom Pearson. This collaboration worked to create six stunning rides.
