The New Balance x Tokyobike C-Series Shoes are Designed for Urbanites

The result of a collaboration with athletic brand New Balance, the Tokyobike C-Series consists of redesigned cycling shoes for urbanites. In addition to footwear, the independent bicycle company is also offering New Balance limited edition bikes.

Tokyo Design Studio Design Manager Shugo Moritani was the lead designer of three shoe models: the CM600C, CT700C and 996C. The Tokyobike C-Series were created by keeping commuting city dwellers and occasional bike riders in mind. Conceived to balance design and function, the shoes combine everyday style and lifestyle while still working as metropolitan cycling footwear.

The shoes also feature a secure fit with easy slip-on, moisture-absorbing cork footbeds and laces-securing hidden compartments located on the tongue.
