Digital City Recreations

'Tokyo Art City by Naked' Reproduces Popular Parts of Tokyo, Japan

For a limited time this summer and fall, Tokyo Art City by Naked will be set up in the Gallery Aamo inside the Tokyo Dome, serving as an immersive digital exhibit that unfolds through a blend of video, installations and projection mapping.

Although the dazzling, colorful digital displays play a big part in bringing the exhibition to life, there are also hundreds of physical models that have been created to make visitors feel as if they're really walking through popular destinations within the city like Shibuya, Akihabara and Tokyo Station.

Inside Tokyo Art City by Naked, which is a celebration of both art and technology, visitors are invited to leave their own mark on a digital graffiti wall.
