Timberland is going off the beaten path with its latest release, the Timberland Earth Keepers Lounger. This house shoe is made using eco-friendly materials such as recycled rubber and recycled wool.
The shoe is lined with Timberland's SoftWool, which is made from 75 percent recycled wool. The rubber outer sole is made using 42 percent recycled rubber, while the Earth Keepers Lounger's nubuck upper is made "from a silver-rated tannery that’s reduced energy use, waste and has the highest of quality of water treatment," according to EastBay. The shoes have a bit of a rough look, but that comes with the territory of a green shoe. The Timberland Earth Keepers Lounger is available now from EastBay's online store for for $79.
