Hauntingly Haute Editorials

The Archivist Editions Three Faces Photoshoot is Spooky

The Archivist Editions Three Faces editorial is currently being featured in the magazine's Spring/Summer 2014 issue. Models Kristen McMenamy, Bibiana Beglau and Lida Fox are present in the production which was taken by photographer Axel Hoedt.

Although Hoedt was shooting these images for the purposes of spring and summertime fashion, each snapshot is dark and muted with grayscale finishes, revealing only slight pops of red, dark blue and yellow.

McMenamy, Beglau and Fox matched the dark motif well with hauntingly haute poses. The women appeared angry, upset or altogether downcast, showcasing another side to the frequently glamorous fashion industry. Stylist Jane Howard played along with pointy thigh-high boots, thin straps and an unusual black headdress.
