LG's ThinQ Front-Load Washing Machine Won a CES 2020 Innovation Award

One of the latest laundry innovations from LG is the new ThinQ front-load washing machine, which is capable of detecting the volume and weight of each load with AI, and uses advanced sensors to detect fabric types. With deep learning technology, the washing machine accesses over 20,000 data points to select the optimal cycle settings. The intelligent washer will use different washing motions, temperatures and times to clean a group of t-shirts versus a load of bedding or delicates, all of which require different kinds of treatment.

At CES 2020, LG's ThinQ front-load washing machine with Artificial Intelligent Direct Drive and the company's AI-powered Proactive Customer Care service was recognized with a CES Innovation Award.
