The Spice House Taps Rodney Scott for a Line of Spice Blends

The Spice House has partnered with "Barbecue Pitmaster" Rodney Scott for a lineup of signature BBQ rubs. The collection comprises the ‘Smoky Sweet Chile’ hickory rub, the ‘Green Chile Lime’ citrus rub, ‘Carolina Fire’ chile rub, and ‘Garlic Butter Pepper’ herb rub. Scott is famously known for holding the title of "Best Chef: Southeast," bestowed upon him by the James Beard Foundation. He also runs a restaurant called Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog BBQ in Charleston, South Carolina.

"These new signature rubs are Pitmaster-approved blends of some of my favorite herbs and spices that go great on everything from poultry to veggies. I can’t wait to see them kicking up barbecues across the country," said Chef Rodney Scott.
