The Hatchet Inn Launched a New Completely Vegan Menu

The Hatchet Inn, a pub famous for being the oldest pub located in Bristol and rumored to have open its doors in the early 1600s, recently overhauled its menu to only include vegan dishes. Its new menu even extends to its traditional Sunday roast which will now be plant-based.

To transition to a vegan menu, The Hatchet Inn partnered with pop-up vegan kitchen Soy Ahoy to allow customers to enjoy a plant-powered menu. Some of the delicious pub-style dishes available including tofu skewers, mac ‘n’ cheese, fully loaded nachos, deep-fried 'chicken' burger, vegan calamari rings, and vegan roast beef.

As more consumers seek plant-based foods, we can expect other restaurants to transition to provide consumers with vegan options.
