Icon Magazine Features a Colorful Edible on the Cover

Icon magazine asked experiential paper-crafting gurus Zim&Zou to create a striking installation for the cover of their 2012 February edition, entitled 'The Future of Food.'

'The Future of Food' installation is colorful, geometric, clearly studied and executed to perfection. It is a real piece of art, made out of simple colored paper to go in line with Icon magazine's February 2012 content.

The magazine explores the depths of contemporary food design posing one fundamental question: Can industrial factory food processing, in its simplicity and consumerism, be elevated to artistic levels focusing on the design of the food products? Could food design hold the key to the future of food?

Icon magazine offers an overview of current food design innovations through the perspectives of industrial designers, architects and artists like the creators of The Future of Food installation, French designers Zim&Zou.
