Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is leaning into the pickle craze with a new burger dubbed 'The Big Dill.'
Available Aug. 1-31, The Big Dill is Monthly Drop #006, which means it's part of the chain's ongoing Big Bad Monthly Drop. This new addition is a pickle lover's dream featuring crispy housemade pickle frites, housemade pickle pico, and housemade dill ranch. The burger also includes a juicy seven-ounce beef patty, Monterey Jack cheese, and a classic gherkin spear through a toasted brioche bun. As John Masterson, Culinary Director for Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, explains, "We didn’t want to just put pickles on a burger – we built them into every layer. The housemade pickle pico brings brightness, the pickle frites add crunch and the dill ranch ties everything together. It’s fun and a pickle lover’s dream, but it’s still a seriously good burger."
