The Belkin Let's Users Turn Their iPhone into a Webcam

During its announcement of its new 'Continuity Camera,' Apple unveiled another useful accessory called 'The Belkin,' which is able to turn users' phones into a powerful webcam. The accessory uses MagSafe technology and a simple hook design to allow users to attach their phones to the back of their laptops.

The Belkin works with the majority of Apple's computers, including MacBook Air models made after 2018 and the 13-, 14-, 15-, and 16-inch MacBook Pros. It also works with the 12-inch MacBook Retina.

Both the black and white versions of the Belkin iPhone Mount with MagSafe for Mac Notebooks are available through Apple's website. However, the Continuity Camera and its supporting macOS update won't arrive until October 24.
