The AmphiCycle is made of flexible Kevlar (the same stuff that bulletproof vests are mad of) allowing it to take a beating from debris and still stay upright. The craft is simple to operate with pedals resembling that of a stair master. I could see rescue workers around the world getting a lot of use out of this design as it seems perfect for navigating a flooded urban area.
