Track-Ready EV Concepts

The Tesla EXP Concept Features an Aerodynamic Design and is Self-Driving

There's a good chance that production and transportation designer Xabier Albizu will be on Elon Musk's radar after creating the Tesla EXP Concept. The Spanish designer has dreamed up a vehicle that looks more like a GT3 racer than a Model S sedan. Indeed, Albizu says the car was meant to eat up the track. It has a ton of aerodynamic elements that both cool the motors and powertrain while increasing downforce.

However, the Tesla EXP Concept also has features that make it practical for city driving. A rooftop 360-degree camera allows for awesome track day shots and autonomous driving. The cabin, though small, has a passenger's seat. If anything the Tesla EXP Concept is a practical car in the way the Bugatti Veyron and Chiron are. Hopefully 10 years or so from now Musk's electric car company is stable and successful enough to consider building a hypercar as wild as this.
