GoodLife Fitness' Teen Fitness program works to help teens develop long-term healthy habits in a supportive, structured environment. Participants can use cardio and strength equipment, join group fitness classes, and access on-demand digital workouts, all under the guidance of certified trainers, many of whom were once program participants themselves.
Registration for GoodLife Fitness' Teen Fitness program opens June 2, with the program running from July 3 to September 2. Daily access to the gym is available from 8 am to 4 pm.
