TBJ Gourmet's Bacon Jam is Sweet with Smoky or Peppery Flavors

TBJ Gourmet makes upcycled bacon jams with flavors that are sweet, as well as savory, smoky or peppery. Although jams are usually thought of as fruity, these jams speak to bacon fans with a different way to enjoy their morning meals, breakfast sandwiches, snacks and beyond.

At the Summer Fancy Food Show 2023, the globally inspired spreads and condiments brand showed off new packaging for its upcycled bacon jams. Going forward, TBJ Gourmet's Classic, Sweet Chili, Black Pepper and Honey Habanero varieties will no longer be packaged in glass jars but in plastic tubs instead.

Uncured "ugly" bacon (sliced off of smoked pork belly) is the first ingredient in the brand's Classic variety, along with onions, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, molasses and raw cane sugar.
