Tarka India, an American restaurant chain that serves up fresh and healthy Indian cuisine, has announced a variety of new menu additions that aim to make its offerings more accessible to vegan consumers.
The updated vegan menu spotlights Vegetable Pakoras and Vegan Lassis, which are both gluten-free as well. Tarka India has also added a number of vegetarian dishes to its menu, including a Beyond Keema Curry, Tikka Masala Fries, and a flavorful Mango Cheesecake.
Tarka India CEO Tinku Saini spoke to the updates, stating "After conducting a survey to determine requests among guests, the results showed that they want to see more vegan and vegetarian options. Now, 80% of our menu can be made vegetarian."
