Mattel's #TaptoRebox Initiative Recovers & Reuses Pre-Loved Toys

With the start of a brand new year, people are eager to start new beginnings and the #TaptoRebox initiative from Mattel helps family households start fresh. After launching its toy takeback program, Mattel Playback, Mattel is kicking off an initiative that will help kids and parents declutter and live more sustainably.

#TaptoRebox helps to recover and reuse materials from old Mattel toys and it supports the company's goal of achieving 100% recycled, recyclable or bio-based plastic materials across all products and packaging by 2030. For this initative, Mattel is teaming up with Kate Ibbotson, a professional declutterer, life coach, and the founder of the organizational service A Tidy Mind to provide decluttering, donating and recycling tips to parents in the UK.
