The Tacs AVL II Blends Camera Pieces with Timepieces

Designed to capture the soul of photography, the Tacs AVL II is a classic watch inspired by the lens of a camera. Created by Japanese brand Tacs and designed by Yoshiaki Motegi, the AVL II serves as a follow-up to the limited-edition Tacs AVL launched in 2016.

The watch shouldn't be looked at as a novelty design, as it doesn't "look a bit like a camera," so much as it is made using design aspects from cameras. Elements like the camera's eye, focus ring, ISO marks and much more are visually evident on the watch. The attention to detail is amazing and strikes a wonderful balance between a recognizable camera and a distinct new design.

The movement offered on the Tacs AVL II provides the watch with a 40-hour power reserve and the timepiece has water resistance up to 100 meters.
