Automatic Taco Food Lines

Tacomation Automates the Assembly of Tacos, Burritos & Bowls

Tacomation by Austin Automation Design is an automated food line that speeds up the process of putting together tacos, burritos and bowls. With the automated solution, all food can be created to scratch and rapidly customized according to a consumer's preferences. Using a mobile app, customers can place their order and receive their meal printed with their name and a personal nutritional statement.

"We've taken technology that exists on an industrial scale - automation - and brought a smaller-scale solution to the quick-serve restaurant industry, starting with our favorite dish: the taco," says Doug Foreman, CEO of Austin Automation Design. The introduction of the technology is timely, as the automated solution has the potential to cut costs, all the while encouraging safety, health and high-quality meals and service.
