DIY Autumnal Lamps

This Table Lamp DIY Project Looks Like a Cluster of Metallic Fall Leaves

This table lamp DIY project draws inspiration from brutalist architecture, but it's a rather delicate light that also happens to make a perfect fall centerpiece. The surface of the lamp is jagged and crinkly, which makes it look an awful lot like autumn leaves. This comes from having the body of the lamp constructed out of copper sheets, which help to give off that cozy warm glow.

Other than some copper sheets, what's required to make this project is some wood finishing wax, polyurethane wood stain and a dark spray paint, as well as the electrical lamp components and some basic crafting supplies like scissors, a cutting knife and a mat. The multi-tiered design is essentially created by cutting out crown-shaped pieces, rolling them up and then stacking them one on top of another.
