Carrefour Italy's SymphonyAI Store Intelligence technology has been designed as a new solution that streamlines labor, improves pricing, and increases stock. During a pilot program, Carrefour Italy deployed SymphonyAI's computer vision technology, enabling store associates to use handheld devices with advanced software. These devices allowed employees to instantly identify and resolve issues such as misplaced items, pricing discrepancies, or low stock levels.
