This Susana Jacobetty Series is Sleek and Chic

Lisbon-based Susan Jacobetty is a stylist, blogger and image consultant with a penchant for striking, sleek design judging by this recent editorial and cover work for DIF 88 magazine, titled 'White Stripes.'

The editorial's crisp, sleek aesthetic reminds one of that of the Mod fashion popular in the United Kingdom during the early 1960s. Though models Juliane Olinisky (L'agence) and Fernando Cabral (Karacter Models) are not wearing suits and skinny ties, they clearly possess the sharp looks associated with the subculture.

Photographer John Bacelar and photography assistant Katie Jacob did an excellent job of emphasizing Susan Jacobetty's styles with their monochromatic, lightly shadowed photography. Of course, the looks wouldn't be complete without the makeup stylings of Alex Me and for this, Me should be applauded.
