Chavez reportedly underwent a series of surgeries in order to look more like Clark Kent. He has undergone rhinoplasty, a chin augmentation and had silicon injected into his lips. In addition to these "normal" surgeries, he also had thigh implants put in so that his legs would look more muscular.
