Warner Bros. recently teamed up with Amazon to create an immersive superhero story experience that lets consumers become a part of the tale through a choose your own adventure format. Players are invited to take a crack at solving the mystery of who murdered Bruce Wayne's parents in a game entitled 'The Wayne Investigation' with the help of the virtual Amazon assistant, Alexa.
The 'Wayne Investigation' is a personalized online game that lets the consumer in part control the experience and plot line. Alexa aids in the game through her ability to enter and see into rooms and relaying that knowledge to the player who can then choose different paths to explore. The game has 37 different decisions that can be made to solve the game, allowing the consumer to take anywhere from five to 30 minutes to complete.
