David Goncaves ‘Strider' Bike for Cartoon Crime-Fighters

The Strider motorcycle was designed to be driven by a female superhero; a cartoon heroine. After a request from a client, industrial designer David Goncalves created this super hot low-rider concept. The images here include the many stages of his design process.

With spokeless wheels, ultra-low-profile tires, a spiral-shaped body, slender dual exhaust pipes, and a glossy red paint job complete with flames, it’s one futuristic-looking machine.

We’ll have to keep an eye out for an agile super-heroine handling the Strider in an animated movie in the future.
