Steve Thompson Carves Star Wars Characters into Crayola Crayons

Steve Thompson is not the first person to create mini sculptures using Crayola Crayons, but he is definitely the first artist to carve Star Wars characters into these waxy mediums. Although he has only sculpted C-3PO, Chewbacca, Darth Vadar and a short Storm Trooper for now, I am sure that after the exposure they have received, he will definitely be doing some more.

Unfortunately, there isn't any information about Steve Thompson himself aside from what I can infer. An obvious fan of Star Wars, he is a talented sculptor who likes to use atypical materials to express his imagination and skill.

Aside from that, I love how Steve Thompson used characters that resonates with each crayon color he used. Finally, someone found a real use for the white one.
